Zoom integration is very easy to set up and recordings are incredibly helpful to send out to customers after calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to find past recordings in the UI and send them out to prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Will not automatically record calls if event ownership is transferred.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely necessary for sales reps and demo engineers.

The AI based aspect of this tool has scope for improvement.

They should definitely try it - maybe go for an initial pilot run to see it capabilities and then make an informed decision to see how much value it can add to their current system in place.
