Compared with my previous experience, I would say that this tool is much easier to use, to understand and to control.

Pages layout is very simple, but efficient to see

Really good AI and ease of use that helps our sales coaches and product meetings

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use on the main dashboard that we can toggle and play with to find what we need to do

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the main screen doesnt load right away and the main page takes a while to get to

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get clear ownership of the application and be in lock step with the customer service for onboarding users and getting them familiar with some main features
