What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

They are always putting out new features that enhance the integration, ease of use, and scalability of the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use really sets it apart from the others. It is such an easy tool to integrate to you your tech stack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the latency of the calls stops us from using its features right away.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If we can lower the latency times then that would be very helpful to the overall use of the product.

Thanks to the support of this program we have been able to see the great reception of our market, this has been thanks to each of the sales we have previously had and it has brought us an excellent reputation, Chorus.ai has a lot to do with these great results and in the explanation of the entry of clients, this program is the favorite of our advertising and sales department since each of the tools of this program are really easy to apply to increase the integration of the company's services and give the possibility to the best and most potential customers to view all our information instantly,

What do you dislike most about this product?

This may still seem a bit basic, the truth is that it lacks many more functions to cover all aspects and generate a more intuitive experience for each of the clients, there are still many more options where we can archive and share documents of different formats with a high weight, as well as the possibility of being able to record much longer videos of each of the sales that are made through this medium, this program has enormous potential.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my case, I like to recommend this program because of the order and power that it offers each of its users to manage each of their online sales. Chorus.ai has endless options that increase interaction and negotiation in each of the projects. It is always a pleasure to manage our sales through this means.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

With the chorus giving me insight into my recorded meetings, I can move through the sales process faster. Logs are great to review, and receiving an email that lists “next tasks” that I said I’d complete helps me stay in the meeting and take notes afterward.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to go back and access my previous recordings at any time. It is a lifesaver when I go back and send follow-up emails to my clients. Sometimes I don’t take my best notes during a call, so it’s nice to be able to quickly go through the recording and listen to anything I’ve missed. Customers also love getting these recordings to share with others on their team!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like that most of the time Chorus breaks at the end of the meeting. Sometimes the most valuable parts of the video are deleted/unprocessed. This can be because sometimes calls take a long time or start late, but it would be great if it recorded the entire meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When I started my new role as Business Account Manager, I wanted to see calls from my top performers to see how they were performing. The chorus is a great way to practice and watch a variety of calls with analytics and data to back it up. It also makes it easier to review calls with leads and allows me to listen to them better knowing that I can review them and take notes after our conversation.
