Great insights - but involves a lot of grunt work.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
It's not very intuitive - the new UI made it worse. One has to figure things out. Even then, there are challenges. Now considering that different stakeholders who use it, you'd expect periodic training, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to create and share snippets... and also find out (get notifications) when someone listens to it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcription is off by miles very often. Mobile app is a pain to use. Needs a lot of usability testing and research. When you go to full screen mode for example, you lose the skip ahead function. You have to minimize and then skip - EVERY time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better customer support. If I face an issue, it's not an easy task to get a satisfactory response

They are now part of the ZoomInfo ecosystem which adds a ton of value from a data and context perspective
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
being able to go back to calls and jot notes
What do you dislike most about this product?
transcribes incorrectly, but overall there isn't much i dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
negotiate, there are a lot of options and they aren't super different
