What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

The best customer services management platform that easily provide multiple solution from easy reports building, call easy recording capability and also amazing workflow management solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard arrangement is the best and easy to understand how the functions performs and the quality of the services is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing for me to complain about the capabilities and easy features offered by this software. Technical team is also the best and very active team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy system that can easily manage various customers call and also record any required conversation easily and production of data analytics is effective.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai is a must-have in a customer-facing sales role. I review my calls constantly, and am grateful for the AI built in that coaches me, rather than just listening back to a recording of the call. It has amazing features and is continually improving. It's integrations with Salesforce and our other tools are essential to what we do as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The call analytics (who spoke the most, what percentage of time) and the AI built in that coaches you. For me, I'm reviewing a lot of calls that I didn't get to sit in on, so I can quickly see what the "next steps" are for that deal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It sometimes takes a long time after the call for the recording to be made available, and sometimes I don't get the email notification that it is ready.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need in-depth coaching on calls, or just a way to quickly review what happens, Chorus is amazing.
