What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I didn't evaluate other products but I know our organization evaluated Gong and Chorus. Chorus won out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the call recording (simplicity of adding it to a Zoom call) and beyond that the coaching options. As a manager I used to make manager annotations on calls my reps would surface to me and tie them to the exact section of the call so they could listen again and learn from it. Lastly, creating playlists of great calls at different points in the sales cycle is highly useful for my teams and myself as a rep.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had periodic issues where Chorus doesn't join my calls with no warning but usually a reset in the settings fixes it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about how you coach your reps today. If you are only able to coach on calls you are physically on, this extends your sphere of influence and impact. If you are doing this today but seeing if Chorus is better. Having used Chorus for almost 5 years, I can state that they have innovated and adapted over the years which is always something I look for in a tech partner.

The cross collaboration tools are wonderful

Being able to quickly access important moments of a call and to be able to tag a member of my team.
