Not sure because I have only used Chorus as the only like service during my entire time at my current employer

Data Analytics on amount of talking by persona / user

What do you dislike most about this product?

Transcription can be unreliable / improved

Give it a test first over a trial period.

Artificial Intelligence Engine Can work autonomously within a series of pre-defined parameters, including decision-making, routing, processing, and human interaction.
