What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Great user experience, reliable call quality, location for reliable storage of recordings for sharing snippets with customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of creating and sharing snippets with customers combined with the reliability that the calendar integration and zoom integration ensure all calls are recorded without any effort (unless blocked for certain customers per business requirements).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Transcription quality could be better but this isn't unique to Chorus. We need better, more inclusive speech to text algorithms generally. Sometimes (rarely) calls do fail to record correctly and it's hard to figure out why. Adding recordings manually ought to be easier and possible in bulk.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chorus is excellent. Easily one of the top 3 solutions in the space and definitely provides real, significant, immediate value to end users and to the business itself.
