Meeting recordings with insights

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the CONVERSATION METRICS more specific Engaging Questions and Next Steps are not clear. Always have the both of this but seldom or almost never appeared on the Conversation Metrics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The possibility to send the meeting recordings directly to customer with some part of the conversation and notify when the link sent is viewed is amazing!

Transcription capabilities, AI, ability to easily share calls afterwords.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quick, easy recordings that are nicely translated and easily shareable later.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No long able to automatically join my calls, some translations don't come out right, and sometimes I can't find past calls that likely weren't recorded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great way to focus on your call while this takes notes.
