What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

It is an easy-to-use platform, however, sometimes it can fail in the analysis of some translations, which makes work difficult, it is essential to always have a neat job at hand and to facilitate the translation and monitoring system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the ideal tool to improve our means of communication, it allows us to connect through calls with all our potential clients, and even between work colleagues, in this way we carry out activities monitoring, promote training management and improve our CRM service since it is possible to get closer in a much more efficient way with each of our clients. It is an intelligent tool, with essential recording and analysis functions, which is stored safely in the cloud and also allows us to add comments and labels. Another important aspect is that I can customize the options according to my usage needs, including the programming of records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like it not to show that it is being recorded, it would be an excellent idea to be able to hide it, many times we use Chorus.ai to store information about important meetings with clients, and when they see that they are being recorded it can be uncomfortable, it could be an application a little more discreet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We needed to follow up on our work management, to visualize the mistakes we made and really highlight what we were doing well, this helps us improve our business strategies, as well as the record of each of the work trainings, there are endless functions where Chorus participates in our day to day fulfilling very good functions, that is why I recommend it.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

It’s an intelligent and strong tool for recording our internal and external calls . The transcripts that it generates are principally correct . I like that you just can add your comments to the recordings , request for work and there’s a card for grading the calls. Pther options like downloading calls , changing speed, generating shareable link are terribly helpful too. It gets automatically synced for the calls thus there’s no manual effort needed .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The recording provides us the power to efficiently navigate to the necessary components of calls and conferences in our sales department. We can} additionally see trends at a better level. It’ also a bonus for any new hire training. They’re using it as a reviewing tool and be able to show base follow using the recording of close won sales for the simplest learning experience. I’m also in awe of the transcripted messages whereas viewing the recording. Either way, Chorus.ai provides our company the best answer to help and improve our sales team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Loading the recording has some problems, particularly for long recording videos. I’m unsure if it’s with my connection or the app itself. However, I perceive that since the tools have been keeping plenty of recording, it’ still functioning what it is supposed to be doing still, the difficulty of loading the recording is simply a minimal issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Chorus.aI; it’ll facilitate companies, especially the sales department, improves their sales style or technic by looking at the recording as a sample of a selling point. It’s usable as well this time of the pandemic, especially for people who are performing at home or having a tough time communicating with peers and asking for an assistant for training.
