I would probably say support. I'm sure other places have support as well, but we've built a good relationship with their team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well as a business owner, I'm always looking to products to cost less for us. But this is a general view, not specific to Check Point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research it. Make sure that you can take advantage of enough features; but if you definitely can it can provide a good value.
