What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

Integration made easy. With our Sales and quoting already in Salesforce, integrating PSA with Sales/CPQ and with our other legacy project and delivery management systems has helped streamline our sales-to-service handoffs, enabling sales and services teams to collaborate, making task management and T&E tracking, etc. simple and visible across business channels, with ties back to sales opt/order/quotes, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PSA Core object structure is simple, business-relevant and easily supported.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ease of administration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We utilized a third party implementation partner and we feel this was a wise decision (money well-spent). Our deployment went very smoothly, and the time it took us to stand up a production-ready tool was greatly improved as result of partnering with an experienced deployment specialist. I would recommend leveraging the services of a partner who has access to the tools and resources + experience in the interest of ensuring a smooth deployment, as well as training your admin support & users quickly, etc.
