What differentiates Certify from other similar products?

Certify was completely customizable to be able to download and import expense reports into my accounting software. This made a huge difference!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We only use Certify for tracking and submitting Credit Card expense reports. This product allows my employees to save their receipts, account information and reason for the expense at the time of the purchase. This keeps our data more accurate and keeps my office free of thousands of tiny slips of paper receipts!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It only works with the most recent version of Safari. This was been a problem for more than one of my employees who work with Apple computers and did not have the most recent version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train your people well (using the videos available) and it will run smoothly.

What differentiates Certify from other similar products?

Easy to use. Quick implement time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once set up is completed there is no maintenance required. Adding new users is very simple. Also to disable former employees is quick & easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a US based product doesn't handle GST well (ie not intuitive for 50% reduction in HST/ GST.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If management & reporting of travel expenses is a sore spot in your organization this product can ensure more timely reporting.
