What differentiates Celigo Integration Platform from other similar products?

Celigo is a true iPAAS. We have many very different integrations all built on the platform. The ability to tie several different endpoints together is remarkable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Celigo works extremely well with Oracle NetSuite. Creating or updating NetSuite records is very easy and straight forward. It is also very simple to pull information out of NetSuite with Celigo. It is a perfect compliment. I cannot image running NetSuite without Celigo.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see more Microsoft integration capabilities out of the box. These things can be integrated now, but there is some work involved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To me, this a "no-brainer". There are hours and hours of process automation savings to be had, which means thousands and thousands of dollars. Once you realize how many things can optimized or automated with integration, the savings really start to add up.

I haven't used a similar product, personally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is our connection from NetSuite to Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is challenging to map connections, especially custom fields.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do you due diligence.
