What differentiates CDK Dealership Xperience from other similar products?

It's a higher quality DMS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it's much better than AutoSoft

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hard to integrate at our dealership. Very hard and support keeps blaming other vendors instead of just fixing the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works well, but your support team needs to be TOTALLY on YOUR side.
