What differentiates Capsifi from other similar products?
As business/enterprise architects one of our challenges is to keep our concept models evergreen. Jalapeno stands out from other products because it allows me to overcome this challenge much more easily. It enables me to create dynamic models so when I make a change it's reflected in other objects or models that are related to it. Cross-mapping models becomes a lot easier too. I no longer have to make static, single-use models for strategic advice to my clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Capability Model and its ability to produce overlays. In addition, the ability to cross map to other business domains i.e., value streams, strategic model, operating model, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not able to reshape the model/object like I can in other products. However, tools like that serve a different purpose i.e., a model for decision making versus a visual for a presentation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understanding what the value of business and enterprise architecture is, will help to show why it is important to have Jalapeno supporting your architecture practice.

Ease of use, visualisation and ease of data import and management
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and they are attentive to enhancements and bug fixes
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some areas still in development and quite a few bugs and "unexpected behaviours" but they are not deal breakers and they are pretty good at attending to them
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely get a demonstration and use of the product ...its very easy to use

It offers every feature required to smoothly plan, monitor, and carry out transformation in a unified software system. By offering us a unified platform that enables our entire company to participate in documentation, Capsifi Jalapeno has closed the gap between our business and IT.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The item is pretty pricey, or at the very least, there is no free version available for both individuals and small businesses. Its high price is forcing individuals to lessen cracks and alter the time of the system in order to benefit from this excellent tool. The long learning curve was unpleasant to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I found Capsifi Jalapeno, an actual game-changer when it comes to enterprise architecture. It offers high availability, performance improvements, and increased employee productivity. Enterprise architects can create and maintain a visible as-is IT landscape, plan vision statements in the context of business goals, and carry out transformation initiatives smartly thanks to the Capsifi Jalapeno solution.
