What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?

The best service with specialists who know the customer's needs. Easy to implement and use. Case Manager allow company to organize all customer record very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Case Manager feature and full text OCR search engine.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In our case we test the system first with a evaluation license and confirm our needs.

What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?

They were able to work with us on licensing and provided unique options that integrated into our environment well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow management has streamlined a number of processes for us. Before Therefore, many of these processes relied on paper making it difficult with remote workers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While they are making great strides to modernize the interface, it has a dated appearance. It detracts from its capabilities in an age of highly polished cloud applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a quality product with amazing support and a dedicated staff behind it.
