Can be customized to suit the client, whether this be a simple automation piece or a really complex one. This can also integrate with various ERP systems in various ways.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The functionality of the workflows; alot can be achieved with the amount of customization available to the implementation technician,

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audit logs can be very difficult to read as these are effectively pulled from text files. Having a more structured layout that's more readable would help alot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about what processes need automating and how you can reduce the amount of manual data input.
