What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?

Therefore's capture features are excellent, offering many ways to ingest documents and data, including hosted web forms which we use heavily for processing enrolments. The data processing workflow capabilities are very flexible, offering many ways to process data with in-built or scripted functions. Being a fully-hosted SaaS solution, we were able to address compliance risks associated with data loss without requiring an on-premises server and associated disaster recovery measures. The invoice processing features can eliminate error-prone data-entry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fully open administrative experience, which allows end customers to create and administer their own environment without requiring vendor interaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Access to full capture features such as email mailbox monitoring requires an additional subscription, without which importing documents requires manual intervention.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Engage your vendor for advice about your needs, especially if you're not well-versed in document management best practices. Your return on investment will be much greater if you 're open to evolving your document processes to leverage modern features such as data capture automation. Target labour-intensive document processes for automation, such as data lookups from existing sources to populate document metadata without requiring user input.

What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?

Canons therefore is a very simple system to use and administer at a low upfront cost, its perfect for any business looking to move towards a workflow automation process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

eForms and the search function within the new web UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to change colour schemes to our brand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don' over complicate your process before using the solution, trial the system and learn about the platform as you will new and improved ways of working with therefore.
