What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?

We changed from ABBYY to Smart Capture using apps we where only processing about 40% of our invoices due to the cost of Template changes, using smart capture we now process 100% of invoice we receive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SmartCapture has really been a game changer, but we also love the work flow engine and have recently been setting up e-forms with workflows. It's a great product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We don't really have anything we dislike and the things we first wished it would do came out in the next update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Therefore is worth looking into. You just need a great partner to help implement the solution.
