Mailigen is a good ESP with great functionality, good support and also nice staff. It is available at really affordable prices which everyone can afford. It enables us to have multiple senders set up to send emails from different people in our company. The technology and customer support teams are brilliant. They respond quickly and are always very helpful and supportive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailigen have many benefits since we use this software because it is able to get better performance at the time of use and is really very practical for anyone. It enables us to inform our clients and customers about latest news. Emails, capturing people information for product launches, sending survey forms and reporting on results for projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailigen is little clunky especially when we are scrolling through the senders. In the past times it was much cheaper but now it costs too much and is not cost friendly for everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailigen has unbeatable e-mail automation as it helps us in building email campaigns on the newsletters, product promotions and on autoresponders as well. It helps us to engage our clients with simple email marketing software. Highly recommended

We have been using Mailigen for over six years and we are just loving it! One can set up their own company profile and the profile can be auto-populated according to the requirement. Mailigen’s support team is very cooperative and active.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Marketing has become a piece of cake with Mailigen. It is very swift in its performance. For instance, an elegant advertising campaign can be designed in a matter of a few seconds. Instant results are provided which helps in readily working on the weak points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailigen can be a bit clumsy at times e.g., while scrolling the list of senders, it doesn’t allow an arrangement in alphabetical order. The prices of Mailigen could be unreasonable for small-scale businesses/websites as they do not completely make use of all of the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it’s a good platform for broadcasting campaigns or any sort of activity related to marketing. It is very robust and easy to use. It offers a different way to achieve one’s objectives in the field. We would definitely suggest everyone from this field use this app.

What differentiates Campaigns by Pipedrive from other similar products?

Mailigen stands out for its ability to send mass emails for advertising options, and any option, Intuitive, easy to make your own templates, no HTML knowledge is needed and with a possibility of segmentation in lists, compared to Mailchimp which is also very good, and has similar features, Mailigen does not have the option to be handled by mobile devices, its function is mostly reflected in the cloud, but this option gives greater security in the information sent, so Mailigen stands out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support system for Mailigen is really great! Although it was easy enough to create my own custom template and make new campaigns, whenever I needed help, the support was there: very courteous, professional and supportive. I also loved that, before sending your campaign, there is an option to check the "spam filter". So now you can be sure that your email won't get lost in spam, which is great. I must admit that another interesting feature is the campaign analysis. Compared to other services I have used, Mailigen offers very deep analytics, but easy to use, nice design, to be able to implement it I had no problem, it is easy to adapt.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that it doesn't have options for mobile devices, but otherwise it has been very useful, I send 20 to 500 emails a day to my clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it for small to medium sized businesses, and individuals who require daily handling of up to 1000 emails, it is a viable option to be tested and approved, as their customer service is extremely helpful, it is quite easy to use and does not require a costly or overly complicated implementation, their design templates help substantially in creating quite eye-catching emails, and can be adapted to your own designs.
