What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A standout feature is the platform’s user-friendly email builder, which helps marketers to create high quality, engaging email campaigns. The drag and drop editor eliminate the need to have advanced design skills since users can create professional emails quickly and efficiently while keeping a polished look.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A lack of more sophisticated email marketing tools like A/B testing and multi-step automation sequences is a shortfall of Campaigns by Pipedrive. I can easily see which prospects are still in the "awareness" stage and tailor nurturing emails accordingly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this software because it addresses key business issues such as lack of personalization and difficulty managing and tracking our campaigns. The scope of our use case includes intelligent segmentation of our target audience, automated email sending, and results tracking for better decision making

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can be a little overwhelming for new users. Although it's intuitive once you get the hang of it, the initial learning curve can be steep.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Campaigns by Pipedrive is especially suitable for companies that want to improve personalization and automation in their marketing and communication campaigns.
