Superb segmentation and personalization options. It offers all the core features you’d expect from an email automation tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a good selection of pre-built templates for all the basic automations we need to build stronger customer relationships.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Connecting up triggers to conditions and actions in a workflow chart within software is not easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make your life easier, it’s a good idea to choose Campaign Monitor because it comes with pre-built email automation recipes for common automations.

What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?

I have never tried a marketing automation and email marketing platform as comprehensive as Campaign Monitor. The fact that I can let my email designer hold off various points of the template to thwart our team from altering anything other than the content we specify while still protecting our brand's aesthetic and all crucial business information is, in my opinion, both its most appealing feature and key strength.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how customizable it is because it allows us to precisely adjust each part of our campaign in the email builder, boosting how well our brand is presented. Every template is responsive to mobile devices and simple to adapt to our specifications, so we can transmit with confidence that our campaigns are looking amazing everywhere and must result in excellent ROI and client interactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawback is that even if it has all the necessary and advanced features, they are hidden, making it difficult for new users to discover their incredible capabilities. It would be preferable if everything was visible and easily accessible. Aside from that, I have never experienced a massive issue with this solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it is designed with complete simplicity and strong appeal, segmentation and list administration are made much easier to accomplish than with other applications. There is a drag-and-drop editor, but you can also design your own unique HTML emails if you prefer. Campaign development is straightforward.
