Integrations are seamless and easy. The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The branch features is one of my favorite. Sales teams don’t get any irrelevant calls anymore which saves time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lead scoring isn’t great

CallRail tracks phone calls by source, keyword, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tracking makes it very easy to find what you are looking for

What do you dislike most about this product?

They occasionally have technical issues so calls can be missed or not tracked

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product but do be prepared to run into issues from time to time
