compared to other planning tools i've tried, it stands out for its ease of use and coordination features.

calendly has changed the way i organize events because it eliminates the need for constantly updating communications. i adore being able to accommodate several schedules to prevent overscheduling.

a little complicated to set up with so many customizing options.
