What differentiates Calendly from other similar products?
One of the best things about Calendly is how it integrates directly with our calendar system—whether it’s Google, Outlook, or whatever you’re using. We send clients a link, they choose a time based on our availability, and it’s automatically added to the calendar
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Calendly is flexible enough to handle different meeting types. We’ve set up specific links for quick intro calls, detailed project discussions, or even team meetings. It streamlines the process, so we’re not manually managing every little thing. Plus, the automatic reminders make sure no one’s forgetting about the meeting, which, let’s face it, happens more often than we’d like.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No major hiccups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Calendly is a must. It takes the hassle out of scheduling and helps you stay focused on what really matters—growing the business.

It stands out for several features and benefits, one of which is the ability to send automatic reminders to participants before scheduled meetings, helping to reduce no-shows and ensuring greater punctuality. This feature makes it unique and attractive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create custom scheduling links that you can easily share with others to schedule meetings without needing emails or phone calls is something I really value.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like it The free version of Calendly has limitations in meeting types, integrations, and advanced features.
