What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn is a user-friendly platform for end to end recruiting. It is very it delivers updates of software regularly and provides an efficient customer care service. It can be easily executed and function many properties at once. It is all in one tool that is used for many purposes such as listing candidates, tracking the files and record or everyone, and establishing important information. It is associated with other platforms i.e. Outlook and Gmail.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the usability and the ease of getting through the different options that are provided. They explain the recruitment process very well and I am able to mark the status of my candidates very accurately. The font and the labels used are very easy to understand. The technical support is always present for me to reach out to them and this makes sure that I am not left hanging. They have different options such as handouts, client submissions, interview setting, feedback after interview. This makes it so much easy to train someone who is new to the whole market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the search field where you go to search for candidates from certain backgrounds etc. it has way to many features and options sometimes not user friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My overall experience with Bullhorn has been stress-free. I was finally able to easily administer customers’ needs without taking much of my time. This app is really smart since the CRM contains all the information it would need to increase work value. Furthermore, it helped me manage my accounts better and integration of application has never been easier.
