There is no downside for me with this product.

The team behind the product have provided multiple ways to use it, from online, to downloadable app to integration with inhouse applications. Find the method that suits you and run with that one.

It stores contacts in their server and you are able to come back and send messages without uploading contacts again

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Safety storage for a long period and SMS credits that do not expire.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't integrate it to third-party applications for easy contact uploading

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product and affordable for marketing and announcement if you have a large number of contact databases.
