What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

I bet there are dozens of applications that provides SMS marketing or automatization, but we use only BulkSMS. We use it mainly toto interact and inform customers about their orders being prepared or ready to get picked up. We have a custom API modul connected to our e-shop platform and it just works perceftly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mainly that it does what is says for a cheap price. It delivers SMS that we need with no problems, easy to use administration, cool statistics and it just works!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once you hit zero credits, it wont send any SMS, we had a few times misscomunication and we forgot to top up the credit and after 3-5 days we did it and every SMS that was in not sent was afterwards sent all at once which was a bit confusing for customers, but we added more emails and phone numbers to get noticed before it runs out again and its looks good so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a cheap, reliable, easy to use SMS app, give this a chance :)

What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

The oldest product which has amazon SMS campaign management and one can generate reports efficiently

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is scheduling messages to users specific to the user time zones as well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much to dislike about the product, it provides easy solution for communication with good opening rate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its easy to use and cost friendly as well one should definitely try to improve SMS Marketing
