What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

Honestly, your easy to use Zapier integration and catering to South African customers was 100% of the reason I chose BulkSMS - used it as a way to deliver notifications and get customers back onto my app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zapier integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not particularly innovative. I wasn’t able to send URLs via SMS. Your landing pages were a bit meh.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re not technical and planning on using low-code/no-code SMS software then this is a great choice.

High open and response rates: SMS messages have an incredibly high open rate (98%) and response rate (45%), making it an effective way to reach and engage with customers. Cost-effective: SMS marketing is relatively low-cost compared to other forms of marketing, making it an accessible option for small and medium-sized businesses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited messaging options: While SMS is an effective way to reach customers, it may not be the most suitable or effective channel for all types of messages or campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand your audience: Before using BulkSMS, make sure you have a clear understanding of your target audience and their communication preferences.
