Integration and support are the top two differentiators of why we chode BulkSMS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It just works and is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see BulkSMS innovate more often and possibly set up a customer panel to listen for future use cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set up a POC and try it. You will not be sorry and the risk is pretty low.
