What differentiates Buildium Property Management Software from other similar products?

Its simple and easy to keep track of all leasing. This includes marketing, applications, and lease signing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is housed in one place, such as work orders, expenses, SMS communications with tenants, emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I can point out is the lack of customization. There is no branding or detail in the application, the web portals are bland, message templates are very short.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Would strongly recommend them to buy the product.
