Easy to Use Builder Solution for Small Firms

What differentiates Buildertrend from other similar products?

Buildertrend is easy to manage for smaller organizations that don't have large IT teams and easy to implement to maintain client/customer information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the integrated CRM functionality of the system that allows end users to quickly report problems and see documentation all in one place. It also easy to transfer a project from an active job site to a close out and know exact warranty dates without transferring between different systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial implementation and set up of all the various vendors, products, clients, etc. was a bit overwhelming for a company that did not have a dedicated data entry or transition person.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Buildertrend to anyone looking for a single source platform to guide schedules, project management, and client relations.

This system includes a CRM system, allowing you to nurture and convert leads in one place. It seamlessly integrates with the construction management tool, featuring a customer portal for design approvals and progress reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Buldertrend is that it is easy to learn, and simple, I absolutely love Buldertrend for its user-friendly interface, streamlined efficiency,

What do you dislike most about this product?

The CRM system is effective, but imagine how much more efficient we could be with just a few enhancements. It already gets the job done, but with a little extra oomph, it could really take us to the next level!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth the price and will make the client's experience a professional one!
