What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
This is hard to say. It's pretty similar to other social media management tools. I guess the real differentiator is its simplistic user interface? I could see it being particularly useful for people who do social media part time or are unfamiliar with posting regularly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can post across social platforms from one singular view/place. It made it easy to syndicate content and saved me time and hassle. Especially since Facebook is a total pain to navigate anymore.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Buffer lacks some of the more advanced features offered by competitors like Hootsuite or Sprout Social, which I needed for my job. It didn't really have as in-depth social listening tools or CRM integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
f you're a small business owner, a blogger, or a freelancer who needs a straightforward tool for scheduling posts and basic analytics, Buffer is an excellent choice. However, if you require more advanced features like in-depth social listening, CRM integrations, or extensive automation, you might want to explore other options.

I've always found Buffer highly intuitive to use and have implemented it at several companies as well as use it personally.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the app and the ability to review/approve posts from others on my team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing---it gave me everything I needed for starting out!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't expect the world, but if you're getting started in social scheduling and need something that you can set and forget (especially if you're on a small team and/or a small budget), Buffer is definitely the way to go.
