Our Customer Representative that gives us insights, and has meetings with us every two weeks is so important. He is basically an extra member of our team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The data cube, our customer rep, and reporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too many features to use that we can't with our short staff.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about how many people on your marketing team, but remember that the customer service rep is like an extra employee.
