Super fast for email and WhatsApp marketing

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Setting up WABA for WhatsApp marketing is completely free of charge and easy to setup without any technical knowledge compared to other tools where one needs to pay for this independently
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the software pricing, it is cost friendly, the schedule rules help me to schedule WhatsApp Campaigns of when to be sent and this is saving me a lot of time
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool has free version but comes with limited features that can be useful for business marketing, also it takes a lot of time to load data even when connected to a strong internet connection
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the software because it has both Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing at the same subscription pricing

This eliminates the need for time-consuming data entry and reduces the risk of errors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I frequently handle multiple tasks, such as processing purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers. Brevo's simple design and workflow help me stay organized and focused on my responsibilities, allowing me to concentrate on the strategic aspects of my role instead of administrative tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One possible improvement could be to add more comprehensive reporting and analytics features. I frequently need to provide detailed insights to management. Brevo's current reporting features are functional, but they could benefit from more customization and advanced data visualizations.
