What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo has meetings and call recordings at the same cost making it easy to convert leads into prospective buyers that other tools do not have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the integration of Brevo with WhatsApp marketing through the WhatsApp channel at no extra cost. Brevo has good email templates that can easily be customized to create email content more easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat feature is too slow and does not look good, The chat widget appearance needs a lot of improvement and modifications
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, Brevo is a good tool for marketing, meetings and live chat and I would recommend the tool

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The Implementation of Bulk SMS and OTP sending using Brevo makes it a complete unique solution for product marketing, promotion and authentication purposes
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the SMS sending feature of BREVO, which is easy to use and to schedule of when to send the SMS and also configuring WhatsApp marketing templates is easier with Brevo
What do you dislike most about this product?
Each service is charged independently for example SMS sending, Email sending and WhatsApp marketing are all charged independently by topping up credits and yet you still need to upgrade to a premium plan which makes Brevo an expensive tool to use for marketing and business communication
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a lot of support from this tool and I would recommend the solution

Easy to use with fantastic features

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
It has open API which we use directly from our system to manage our contact list, marketing automations without logging in Brevo or getting worried of how our data is processed alongside with the data of our subscribers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Brevo is easy to use and to understand with a professional customer care team who responds to technical questions on time without delay and also the tool comes at a pricey cost
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using the email marketing feature tend to be risky as often they would suspend the campaigns without a prior reason until when you contact them, that is when they can unsuspend the campaign claiming the system flagged it suspicious
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since Brevo is cheap and easy to use for any novice, I would recommend the tool
