What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
It has a very different approach, taking in account the quantity of emails rather than subscribers as most of the competing software does.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Is easy to use, clear promises and good product overall, not hard to implement or use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The CRM is not good enough to compare it with their competitors, and I personally had a very bad experience with customer support, I can't say it's the rule, but that's just my experience with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider their pricing, as it's very different than other products. If you rely on mostly transactional emails, take into account that each email counts towards your limits. If you send more campaigns than transactional emails, it may work well.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Main difference is Price is very competitive as compare to other providers. Most of the advances and important features are available in sendinblue. I have used and purchased it for 3 different brands and got highly return on basis of my data, because of the mail delivery pattern/ process is well defined. Customer support team is also good to reply within time and always available for premium users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
faourite aspect is delivering of emails in right email ratio is very high. In case if there is wrong/fake emails in system then sendblue will stop/pause the campaign and report to campaign manager.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the support option is only available for the people who took premium plan can only avail customer support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you looking for cost effective solution with current updated and important features on transactional email, automation on lead submission, marketing campaigns - sendinblue is good option to go foward.
