The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Braze from other similar products?
It works on iPad for 90% of the time. Some marketing software only works on a computer. Who wants to lug a laptop everywhere just in case of a quick fix, opportunistic launch or halt of a marketing campaign? With Braze you can probably change what you need to change from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitiveness. You can generally figure out how to use the software without much instruction or need to ask for help. There is significant self help available on the website as well as a Slack community. When you do request help, customer success and customer service are very responsive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
First, the lack of a way to generate a pdf of all campaign assets that could be forwarded for approvals. Second, the cost. I wish my company had all channels set up in Braze as it has the best user experience of the software solutions that we use. We use different systems for execution for greater analytical features and lower cost. I’d rather all the channels be set up and available, even if some channels had a reduced usage limit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I don’t think you can go wrong with Braze. It gets the job done for all the major mobile channels - push, email, content cards, in apps, SMS. Also the system is easy to use, stable and reliable.

Great mobile app led CRM system

What differentiates Braze from other similar products?
Mobile app led approach to a CRM system is not something I've come across before having used other CRMs throughout my career. Contact within Braze is helpful, knowledgable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we're maximising the potential of Braze.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to create a campaign which use email and SMS in addition to push and other in-app messaging - i.e. dashboard tiles and inbox messages. This enables consistent messaging across different channels and allows for complex and sophisticated user journeys.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The canvas (*workflow) space took a little longer to get used to than I anticipated but now I love it!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As always do your research to ensure this CRM system is for you but if you do happen to go with Braze - the features, support and learning area are brilliant.
