What differentiates Braze from other similar products?

We use this software to design and launch our marketing campaigns and we have found all the tools it presents us with very useful. The fact that we can create landing pages for our campaigns is a plus that makes this program stand out from its competitors, plus we find it very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides us with templates and dynamic content, which helps us to create much more effective and eye-catching campaigns for our audience. Its WYSIWYG editor is very easy to use and edits pages and images without any problem. It also has a testing tool, where we can see the entire final product before launch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish they could give us much more complete metrics of the campaigns we do with the program, as well as the option to track them. Although it does have a tracking function, it is undoubtedly very poor and we need to cover much more fields considering that our campaigns are complete and multichannel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A program that has left us very satisfied, it is simple to use and with the right tools to create a complete marketing campaign. Undoubtedly there are things to improve, but without a doubt they improve with each update and their improvements are much more useful than those of other similar programs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The feature is still very early and basic, I know they are working on it. If you don't have a solid understanding of the instrumentation of your product and Braze, it will be difficult to be effective with it initially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The expert team offers a fresh perspective and provides reliable integration services, strategic advice and ongoing technical support to increase the value of Braze for your brand, it is a very useful tool. It helps to create many segmentations and provide the best experience for all the different types of users we have. For example, we can create different groups of users and we can send different and localized push notifications and also different offers.

Braze offers individual insights for various industries, such as retail and online commerce, hobby and financial services. Among other things, personalized messages are used for customer communication. Customers can agree to them through various channels, email or apps. Braze provides certain expectations for analyzing customer reviews, companies can use forecasting tools or leverage the potential of behavior-based automation. Braze's highly secure standards allow vendors to comply with general guidelines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is constantly improving all its features, it cares about the user. It is very easy to use, has a large user reach, where plus points are analyzed and discussed among peers in an efficient way; it is user-friendly and modern. It works very well with large companies; the approach for dynamic content has worked great with respect to needs, thus being very easy to use, can be integrated with other tools, and you see immediate results; Braze support arduously continues to demonstrate rigorous follow-through thus setting a good standard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tools require learning quirks such as connected content; Getting it implemented well can be difficult, as well as making sure all the clients and/or users you want are there with the right data, takes time, but after it's all working as desired, it's a Software marvel. The users tab in Braze does not provide optimal access in customizing audiences. unfortunately you cannot edit or set up the conversion event once the campaign is launched.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The amount you purchase will depend on everything being shaped correctly, but the customer service team is very helpful and always willing to answer questions; it has particulars and does what it promises, can refer customer personalization, manages engagement correctly and are easy to effect, it is powerful as engagement marketing. The set of trades is broad, and its content to establish experiences; it could improve when planning a job with a large company.
