What is Brandwatch?

Brandwatch (combined with Falcon.io) is a digital consumer intelligence company, allowing users to analyze and utilize conversations from across the web and social media. With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

other programs are very difficult to use while this program is easier to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Aside from scheduling posts, which you can do with any social media management platform, Falcon does a great job of letting you communicate internally with different departments, such as customer service, so that you can do a better job with the engagement part of social media. You can assign comments or messages, leave notes for your coworkers, and have all of your communications within the platform. This makes things run more smoothly and makes customers happier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want to schedule the same post for more than one channel, you can't just click boxes. Instead, you only have to make one post and share it on all of the other channels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By a long shot, this is the best SM Mgt platform I've ever used.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

It is a program that is easy to configure, easier to use than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that Falcon social is a social media management application that is really easy to use and very straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In order to schedule boost postings, we need to utilize the platform only for that purpose. Nothing else comes to me when I think of what the technology can accomplish for us, other than content management and analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just keep an eye on the best practices for publishing times. Make rapid edits to your post using Falcon. In order to add a link or a picture, the process is quite straightforward.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

Compared to other social management tools I've used, Faclon.io had much fewer "hiccups" like accounts becoming disconnected or posts not publishing properly. It was easily one of the most dependable tools I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The social publishing tool made it easy for team members to collaborate and approve content before it goes out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any complaints about Falcon.io

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Falcon.io is still similar to many of the social tools on the market so be sure to compare the small differences before choosing the one that's right for you. If you're just looking for reliable publishing and basic listening capabilities, Falcon.io could be great for you.
