What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It offers bank-level permission controls, so you can ensure only the chosen ones have access to sensitive documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It lets me access and share files securely from anywhere . Recently, I needed to share a last-minute presentation with a jet-setting client. With Box's mobile app, it was a breeze

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Box is the Fort Knox of security, sometimes it feels a bit too secure. There have been a couple of instances where setting up permissions for external collaborators got a bit hairy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Heads up, though: Take some time to understand Box's permission settings before diving in. It'll save you headaches down the line

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It's easy to access, secure storage and a lot of integrations capabilities makes it easier to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am also a salesforce user and I integrated it with salesforce and the best thing I found about box is it can integrate very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think box mobile app need some fixes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend it to everyone who is looking for secure cloud storage.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

We can quickly upload files, schedule and organize our activities and access my cloud storage, all from Box, which is one of its many attractive features. The mobile version is fantastic; not only is it easy to use, but there are no problems uploading files and the overall design is impeccable. It has been ideal for our workflow and content management in groups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In Box we store all of our reports and logs; we can easily share these files with other teams and users, organize them into categories and sections by team, set permission levels for different users, and much more. Without worrying about confidential data falling into the wrong hands, it has been an excellent tool for secure collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a platform with great functionality, a reasonable price compared to the competition and the ability to adapt to any type of need; I don't see any problems with any of this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any company, large or small, can benefit from this technology. It works great for collaborating with other teams on large files or reports.
