What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box has been instrumental in our organization in making it simple to securely share files with our team. It has enabled us to create a backup copy of any important file, knowing that it will be safe and accessible at any time. We're constantly uploading project progress files so that we can discuss ideas and be more productive. The automated synchronization was my favorite feature. The nicest feature, in my opinion, is the ability to edit MS Office files while on the road, as I do not have them installed on my local laptop.

To be honest, I have no issues with Box because it has functioned flawlessly, its functionality and features have not caused any issues, and its technical assistance is excellent. However, because it is not widely used, there is some unreliability. Personally, I don't mind trying it, but not everyone is interested in utilizing it while sharing with someone. Customers will come as a result of some publicity.

I recommend it since it is a program with the required capabilities and security to simply exchange data. Its primary goal is to protect and communicate sensitive information. - Google provides free to store data. - Easy to use and UI is very attractive and user friendly. - Gets all the features that corporate and personal level require. - Can upload and download as well as create folders easily. - Keep data safe without any tension. - Drag and drop functionality This is the most useful for us. - The most liked feature is that I can give permissions to each file to see who can access it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- The download feature needs to be improved as it takes time to download bulk files and I noticed that my internet speed was sufficient for downloading.

- I highly recommend to all that you must use this product because its safe and reliable to store the important data and I am using for 6+ years.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process of saving and retrieving can sometimes feel boring. For example, in previous versions, sharing files required several steps. But thanks to Box they keep on releasing patches.

Please have hands on it before using professionally. This is the best way to understand and see your app, so you can see if you're used to how space and bandwidth are being used.
