What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I find most helpful is the secure link generator with detailed tracking. You don’t just send a file; you know who accessed it, when, and how many times. Box is a great confidence booster when working with external parties. The seamless integration with tools like Outlook also simplifies sharing—no need to bounce between applications, which is a blessing during busy days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, the only aspect that I slightly dislike is that Box can be a bit expensive for small businesses or individual users. Despite this, I consider the investment in this software to be worth it for all the features and benefits it offers.

I do recommend it to 10/10 and a 5 star cause of its best encryption system and growing up my business faster.

The overall business security feature set, where certification and precise access control are possible, of course, makes Box exceptionally well suited for handling the project of sensitive data. The ability to address more complex workflows is possible due to the Box Relay feature of the platform. Being able to integrate with virtually any enterprise application makes it easy to have a connected ecosystem for project delivery.

The platform is also very good in documentation and compliance features that are very important in compliance search industries. The API is very powerful and enables any kind of integration with other internal tools and systems. The enhanced functionalities include assigning tasks and setting deadlines for their completion, gathering multiple teams, and working with outside contractors to facilitate efficient and effective administrative teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop sync client may face difficulties when it applies to the organization of a significant number of files, especially in the case of enterprise uses. For the current technical documents, the mobile interface could provide better tools for editing. Creating a custom workflow is expensive to set up in order to gain the best benefit for a particular project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using the Box has been of great impact in managing the automation projects in middleware at Indra by improving the delivery process. Lately, during integration enforcement on a larger scale, the functionality of this product ensured we could work with external contractors to access data while keeping unauthorized individuals out. We gained orders of magnitude in the ability to automate approval workflows; this decreased our document processing time immensely and allowed us to focus on more project delivery instead of wasted time on paperwork.
