What differentiates Botify from other similar products?

In general Botify is similar to competitors but provides a more robust solution and customer support at scale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The crawl and log analyzer are definitely their best features and the ones that are more reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In general sometimes there is some bugs, some of their newest projects work a bit worse than expected, or don't have advanced functionality you would expect from Botify (alertpanel for example).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep working on improving it, and work on quality of it and free of bugs.
