What differentiates BOSSDesk from other similar products?
We use BOSS service desk to manage the service desk requests, 811 (Call before you DIG) requests, inventory management and reporting of all these key metrics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My overall experience has been really good. I've always gotten the support I need when I've needed it in a very timely fashion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With the ease of use comes some restrictions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall experience has been very good.

It's different from other similar products because Boss Solutions being a SaaS solution enables access to tickets and inventory from any location and from any device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product s is the IT Asset Management solution available on-premise and on the cloud, It's really appealing for my organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I didn't dislike anything about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The BoSS solution suite is capable, flexible, adaptable, and easy to use, which has resulted in significant process improvements for our organization.
