What differentiates Boomi from other similar products?

Within a week, we were able to build up and roll out a sales force integration to the network suite. Boomi is used for integration tasks to link our Netsuite system to internal and external environments. Boomi has made our work easier because it has standard mechanisms to connect to Netsuite, accelerating adoption and development integration processes. We use it more frequently in the IT department because it is an analyst tool that is used as a system integration connector and also because we work with developers who are very knowledgeable in the use of integration software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Boomi is one of the few programs that can effectively centralize data, and it has numerous advantages, one of which is its thorough interface with ERP platforms like Netsuite, SAP, and Salesforce. The unified platform provided by Boomi makes it much simpler to connect data and applications into a digital system by providing a variety of user-friendly integration tools, a master data center, capabilities for effective B2B management, workflow automation, and low-code application development. The platform has a lot of capacity for complicated integrations and can be greatly expanded leveraging Java ability to ship test cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Based on my experience with this program, Boomi has numerous noteworthy flaws. Its UI, although being very functional, is incredibly perplexing. This sort of application, in my opinion, cannot be used by someone who does not have sufficient expertise dealing with integration software. It may be argued that it has an exceptionally steep learning curve; another disadvantage is its relatively costly cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need software for ERP system connection, Boomi is the best solution, especially for Netsuite, because I haven't seen any application on the market with so many connectors that speed up the delivery process so much more. Keep in mind that the price for some, particularly small businesses, might be costly, therefore I don't think it's a viable alternative if you don't have a large enough budget. It is also crucial to note that because it is a complicated program with a steep learning curve, it is not suitable for training seminars.

Easy Custom implementation. Apache Camel based DSL based intuitive language. Best tool for ETL workflows

Out of box ETL use case support and easy data mapping

What do you dislike most about this product?

Troubleshooting of application is bit painful than other similar tool.

You do not need experts ETL Consultant to implement

What differentiates Boomi from other similar products?

I have used several middleware services out there & Dell Boomi provides the most comprehensive solution. We have a lot of integrations that are running realtime or every minutes, yet never had issues with delays or performance. Many of the other companies have slow downs, errors, etc. Additionally, Boomi's implementation team (at least who we worked with) was spectacular. Lastly, Boomi has the most comprehensive package of options for all sorts of integration types.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The WYSIWYG approach to dragging and dropping & the ability to do simple data manipulation or complex manipulation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As mentioned earlier, sometimes making a change of fields can lead to deselecting a child table object, which can cause lost integration setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend getting it for any scale of integration project--but I do recommend working with the Boomi team to implement & train as you go. I did all of the initials integrations with Boomi support & then managed everything on my own from that point forward. It was very set and forget.
