What differentiates BMC FootPrints from other similar products?

Qualkity of features and the wide range of configurations that can be obtained and achieved with its flexibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility to adapt to the pre-defined processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On-premises, so it has some maintenance cost attached to it, constant updates mess up with the tomcat server and removing of the ability to assign tickets through round-robin.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Beware of maintenance costs and search for a qualified partner in your area that can help you with rising issues.

FootPrints has a service catalog, which contains the importance information and concepts regarding the product, more so on how to run it. Also, FootPrints has a suitable integrated knowledge feature, with high intellect and business competences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

FootPrints easily integrates with different IT tools, and all of them are persistent in safeguarding the interests of the company. Furthermore, FootPrints has Technician Administration, which is effective, and elaborate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nonetheless, on multi site operations or functionality, FootPrints calls for improvements, from direct efficiency and intuitiveness. The many other IT features are more than excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FootPrints gives all the ICT operations a suitable opportunity, which automates many operations, and ensure there is correctness in every aspect. The app is essential in the current IT world.
