What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Activity Stream wherein each member in the team can track tasks, their progress and update any issues highlighted."
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a very good contact management tool that I use to manage our employees' profiles, customer tickets, and contact details. I can customize this software like I have a blank slate in front of me. The workload planning that Bitrix24 offers is really helpful in distributing workload for each team member.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it is difficult to train staff on, difficult and expensive to obtain support
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a software worth trial run.

Bitrix24 is flexible and comes with a number of modules and tools that execute the various business processes in our organization thus enable us work efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bitrix24 helps us keep in touch with our clients and manage their issues perfectly thus build our portfolio and customer base. Its efficient and simple to use in any organization and this eases the process of customer engagement bringing flexibility. Customer support is available and willing to help all users in efficiently using the platform in a reliable manner at all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of our less tech-savvy users had a problem in adapting with the platform but this improved with time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bitrix24 is efficient and will help improved the level of engagement with your customers and ensure the communication is efficient and runs uninterrupted.

Its stable and executes a number of functions thus allowing us scale our operations and run our organization smoothly. Has helped us run a stable customer support system where we are able to connect with our clients easily and solve their issues on time. Has helped us expand our customer base and grow our marketing process by allowing us to connect with potential clients easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve but with time they were able to learn and adjust in using the platform reliably.

Bitrix24 is the ultimate platform for ensuring that you connect with your clients and enable team collaboration among your staff and this leads to improved service delivery at all times.
