What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

We are using Bitrix24 to improve collaboration between employees, as we can send and receive files through its internal chat, plus it contains excellent task management, time management and projects in general. I consider it a very complete crm as it allows the checking of time worked, as well as clocking in and clocking out times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It contains very useful tools to manage our projects effectively and without delays. One of my favorites is the document library, because we can quickly search the documents we have from the various projects, the best thing is that it has a structure of access permissions by roles, so the information is available to those authorized. It also has a large and complete database, which allows us to save information about customers, employees, contacts, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have been using this software for years and we have very few complaints and the ones we have had, the technical service has been able to help us solve. Sometimes the system does not synchronize, so the chats and emails do not arrive on time, so you have to update it. Its use in mobiles is useful, but only the chat, since some of its functions are not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 is implemented in our marketing department to manage our customer relationships and improve collaboration. The configuration of this tool is very simple, we can integrate this software with other tools, it can make our work more convenient. This is a very flexible tool. Therefore, this tool should be available for your account team. Bitrix is a great customer relationship management tool. We are very encouraged by the speed of this software and the way it organizes our lives. Thanks to its features, we can collaborate with our team and its time tracking, file sharing and integration features work well.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Britix24 has the potential to replace existing collaboration tools with an unified platform, making it all work in benefit of communication within the organization. The platform, which is elegant and well-organized, is what I appreciate best about this excellent product. It offers all of the functions and functionalities we required, as well as virtual storage and collaboration tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sales procedures were streamlined, and I now have more influence over my organization and its personnel, allowing me to get better results from my crew. I particularly enjoy the task planning feature that Bitrix24 provides, since it is quite useful in sharing workload among members of the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Staff training was extremely challenging due to a lack of learning materials. Some features, such as check-in, may become unavailable at any time, price may be out of range for small businesses and organizations, and smartphone app performance is less effective than using on a Desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's incredibly useful as a linking technique for an inner social network because it's significantly more operational and wonderful for quickly measuring the understanding of the potential clients identified by the organization. We're blown away by how quickly this program works and how well it organizes our workdays.
